Conducted research on information processing and memory devices for neuromorphic computing. Developed carbon and titanium-nitride thin films using physical vapor deposition techniques.
Measured I-V characteristics of deposited samples to identify resistive switching, analyzing current behavior at various voltage levels.
Characterized thin films using advanced techniques, including X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Raman Spectroscopy, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX). Designed and implemented in-house software to interface with Keithley Instruments for precise neuromorphic device measurements.

AgriGuardian is an advanced app for rice leaf disease detection using CNN and YOLOv8n for classification and object detection. It features disease detection, an integrated shop, and prevention tips. The Agri Finance module helps users track income and expenses. AgriGuardian is live on the Indus App Store by PhonePe.
